Thank you for choosing De Vierra for your customized luxury chocolates, cakes, and other handcrafted creations.
Because each order is individually designed and made to your specifications, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed.

No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, or incorrect customization details provided by the customer.

Refunds or replacements are only possible in the following situations:

  • If we fail to deliver your order on time as agreed.
  • If you receive an item that is incorrect or significantly different from what you ordered.

If such a situation occurs, please contact us at info@devierra.com within 24 hours of delivery, including your order details and clear photos of the received product. Our team will review the issue promptly and offer a suitable resolution.

Perishable and Customized Orders

As our products are perishable and custom-made, they cannot be restocked or reused. Therefore, cancellations, changes, or returns are not accepted once the preparation process has started.
